STEP 2 Detailed Consultation & Project Organisation

  • Obligation free meeting & consultation
  • Discuss site particulars and your goals / objectives
  • Identify what information may be required to complete your feasibility
  • Discuss potential costs / timing / development options for the project


STEP 3 Project Feasibility

  • Complete drawings and development plans
  • Complete a full project cost quotation
  • Identify and detail project timeline
  • Provide end value estimation on the project
  • Obtain finance assistance


STEP 4 Project Commencements

  • Complete all internal administration aspects
  • Obtain all required government and utility approvals
  • Obtain subdivision approvals (if required)
  • Complete Colour and Material selections
  • Finalise Contracts and Development Agreements
  • Complete any required site preparation
  • Preparation of any Marketing and Sales Material (if required)


STEP 5 Construction & Project Management

  • Building and site works start on site
  • All aspects constructed as per contracts and agreements
  • In addition to our highly experienced construction division who are now fully involved, our expert development team is still involved throughout the construction process to oversee and facilitate any subdivision works and address any queries that may arise throughout the process.
